Adelaide Halsey is the author of The Arabian Storm Series, a romping read set in the Arabian horse world.

Born in Norfolk in the 1970s, Adelaide has spent a life with Arabian horses, travelling the world though her publication, The Arabian Magazine. Always a prolific writer, Adelaide began writing Sandstorm, the first book in The Arabian Storm Series, while sat in airports and hotel rooms. The resulting book, published in 2020. was well received the world over.

Adelaide loves cooking, writing, cuddling her cats, and spending time with family and good friends. She can often be found in a local coffee shop, working on her next projects.
Adelaide is the pen name for Samantha Mattocks – whose own name stays with her Middle Grade books, The Magical Mister Mishkins and Nero the Hero Series.
